Delivery Information

Newcastle Flowers By Design can deliver to areas throughout Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Valley suburbs.

For deliveries outside of our delivery radius, we will relay your order to a member of the Petals Florist Network or Interflora.

Deliveries to local areas are guaranteed for orders placed before 2pm EST everyday. For orders placed after the cut off times, we will attempt to same day flower delivery where possible, otherwise orders will completed on the next business day if same day delivery is not available.

In order to successfully complete deliveries within the required time frame, the following information must be provided when ordering:

The recipients full name, full address including unit number (if applicable) and contact phone number,

A business name must also be provided for deliveries to commercial addresses.

Please note: all deliveries to hospitals require a ward name and bed number.

If the patient is admitted under a maiden name or alias, this must also be provided.

Newcastle Flowers By Design will consider the delivery is completed when:

• The order is received directly by the recipient
• The order is delivered to the specified address and left in a safe and convenient location

Newcastle Flowers By Design does give refunds for orders that are unable to be delivered if:

• The address details are incorrect
• The recipient will not accept delivery

All local deliveries will be completed by our own courier delivery vehicle
