A standard high-quality potting mix is fine, but you can enhance drainage by adding perlite, orchid bark, or coco chips. When watering, ensure the soil is thoroughly moistened until water drains from the bottom. Let the soil dry out between waterings, as Scindapsus prefers slightly drier conditions. Before watering, check the top inch or two of soil; if it's dry, it's time to water. Bright, indirect light: Scindapsus thrives in bright, indirect light, such as near a north-facing window. 

Avoid direct sun: Direct sunlight can scorch the leaves and diminish their silvery sheen. 

Humidity: While not strictly necessary, higher humidity can benefit the plant. You can mist the plant occasionally, especially in drier environments. 

Spring and summer: During the growing season (spring and summer), fertilize with a balanced liquid or granular fertilizer. 

Winter: Reduce or stop fertilization in the winter when the plant is less active. 

Pest and Disease: 

Common pests: Scale insects and spider mites can infest Scindapsus. 

Preventing pests: Misting the plant regularly can help prevent pest infestations. 

Treatment: If you find pests, you can use insecticidal soap or oil.
