Light:
Thrives in bright, indirect light to maintain strong stems and large leaves; avoid midday sun which can scorch.
Water:
Water when the top 2–3cm of soil is dry. Keep evenly moist but never waterlogged; reduce watering in winter.
Humidity:
Prefers higher humidity; group with other plants, mist occasionally, or use a pebble tray to boost moisture.
Temperature:
Best between 18–27°C. Keep away from drafts, heaters, and AC vents.
Soil:
Chunky, free‑draining aroid mix with bark and perlite to ensure airflow around roots.
Feeding:
Fertilise monthly in spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertiliser at half strength; pause in winter.
Maintenance:
Rotate weekly for even growth. Wipe leaves to remove dust. Remove any yellowing leaves at the base.
Seasonal note:
Growth may slow or pause in cooler months—this is normal. Adjust watering accordingly.
